Christmas as a missionary is the BEST! But also really hard too. That's a given. But people are so kind to us. It's been a busy week and a half. We had zone conference which was AMAZING. It was like a spiritual talent show (which sounds kinda lame, lol) but it was actually so so good. By far my favorite zone conference. There were lots of really good musical numbers, my zone is super talented ❤ I did a painting of the stars/christmas star, cuz I pretty much got my testimony from the stars. How could there NOT be a God when there are things so beautiful and breathtaking like the stars. And how could He NOT l...

Hey all!!  Not much this week again, lol. We're trying to jumpstart the area. We set a goal to knock on every door in Brownsville. it's not that huge of a task, cuz B-ville is TINY. But yay so we did a lot of that this week and we actually got a lot of return appointments!! So nothing major, but still kind of a miracle. We also had a lesson with R and it went so well!!!!! He is so in tune with the spirit and has so much faith. So, lots of good things!!  Also we have zone conference coming up this week, and I'm singing in it again???? (I sung at the last one, too.) And like ya, my voice isn't horrible, but it sure as heck isn't good enough for a musical number!! why does this happen to me?????? Anyway, here are pics!! Lots of cats this week, lol.

Not much this week, lol I still have a crush on Oregon, LOVING the small town vibes, very very foggy. The work is kinda slow right now. We did have sort of exchanges on Saturday tho!! We did what is called a Blitz (?) Which is where both the STLs came to Brownsville and we spent all day with them. It was awesome but ya it was only like 12 hours instead of a full 24. And we spent like 6 hours outside proselyting  We also were about to drop R cuz on Tuesday he literally said he doesn't want the lessons. BUT THEN on Wednesday we ran into R again and it was like the spirit punched me in the face and said "dont you dare drop him". So yeah... we're not dropping him Also I have never felt the power of the Atonement so strong in my life. My family is going through something kind of traumatic right now, and I'm not a calm person, like at all. Y'all know me, I'm a spaz. But I'm just overwhelmed with grace and I am so at peace with everything and I know Heavenly ...

New Address-    PO Box 241 Brownsville, OR  97327 Soooooooo not much has happened since my last email lol.  But we did have a zone service activity on Saturday!!!! And it was SOOOOOO fun!!!! We went and set up this storybook christmas thing in Lebanon, and its basically just a bunch of stories and fairy tale sets in christmas format. Idk how to explain just check out the pics, all you need to know is it was awesome. And it took like 7 hours. we spent like 3 hours unloading a bunch of semi trucks, then spent the rest of the time setting it all up. And it was soooooooo cooooooolllllllddddddd but we got hot chocolate so I guess it's okay, lol. But my zone is the best I love them. It was just so fun spending all day with other missionaries just messing around and having fun. Anyway, that's it for this week I think. Love y'all!!!!!  Syd
